Reviko Billing, Trial, Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Policy supplements the Reviko Terms of Service and Merchant Terms.

1. Monthly Plans

Reviko offers the following monthly subscriptions:

There are currently no undisclosed mandatory add-on charges.

2. Seven-Day Free Trial

Eligible Merchants may receive a 7-day free trial.

A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. No subscription fee is charged if the trial is canceled before it ends.

If the trial is not canceled before expiration, the selected monthly subscription starts automatically and the payment method on file is charged.

3. Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew every month until canceled.

4. Cancellation

Merchants may cancel at any time using the available account or billing controls.

A paid cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. The Merchant retains paid access until that date.

5. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law:

• paid subscription fees are non-refundable;
• Reviko does not issue prorated refunds for partially used billing periods; and
• cancellation does not retroactively reverse a properly charged subscription period.

6. Payment Processor

Payments are processed through Stripe or another disclosed payment processor.

7. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Reviko may retry the payment, notify the Merchant, limit paid functionality, or suspend the subscription until payment is successfully completed.

8. Price Changes

Reviko may change prices prospectively. Existing Merchants will receive advance notice of material price changes as required by applicable law.

9. Messaging Fair Use

Features involving WhatsApp, SMS, email, APIs, webhooks, or automation may be subject to reasonable Fair Use limits and third-party provider policies.

Reviko will not apply undisclosed usage fees. Any future paid add-ons or overage charges must be disclosed and accepted before they are charged.
